    Is Yogurt OK to eat?

    Hi,

I have just had my BFP on Friday and am really trying hard to eat the right things. Is yogurt OK to eat? Is Ice Cream out of a tub OK to eat (I know soft serve Ice cream is not OK)

With eggs sunny side up I like my yolks runny - once cooked on the bottom I flip over and let it quickly cook on the other side for 30 seconds or so. Is this OK or do I need to cook the whole egg well?

Your advice would be really appreciated, I don't want to do anything to jeopardise this pregnancy.

Bindy - as far as I know:-
Safe - yoghurt and normal ice cream. - Soft serve is out because of the questionable hygiene standards of the machine it comes out of.
Unsafe - uncooked eggs. Eggs have to be FULLY cooked, so no yummy runny bits unfortunately!!!!

Unfortunately I have had runny yolks in my eggs for the last week - Opps I didn't know, this is really new to me. Thank you so much for the advice - scrambled eggs it is for me from now on. Hopefully I haven't done any damage with the eggs I have already consumed.

    Thanks Gudism
