to be or not to be???

    Hi everyone,

We fell pregnant with our DD on our 2nd IVF cycle (1st FET & last embryo) & have gone through another egg collection to try for #2. I got a BFN with the fresh transfer & went to have my bt test Fri for our FET & got a BFP. Only problem is is that my HCG on Friday was 32. I think i worked out that I would have been 14dpo (9dpt of 5day embryo)...

I went back today & had a follow up bt & HCG came back at 90. I know it is still low but should I stop worrying about the numbers & just be happy I am pregnant or is the risk that it won't continue too high? I am going back on Fri to have another bt. I keep comparing the results to when I fell with my DD & it is doing my head in.

    Anyone had similar results?

    hey Alicat,
when i fell pregnant with my DD my blood test was taken 14DPO my HCG level was 24, i was so worried but was told time and time again that it is not so much where the levels start but how they rise that is the important thing. I know that now as DD is almost 2 and perfectly healthy. I know it doesnt help much when youa re stressing out but if i read your post right your HCG levels have almost trippled in 3 days?? I am not a Dr but that sounds good to me!!
Please try not to stress ( i know way easier said than done) but your little bean would like a stressfree mamma!
    Good luck!

    thanks Smithy & Mummyof4...

My next blood test is tomorrow & I have tried to remain as calm as possible. I decided after my last blood test to be happy that I am pregnant & be as positive as possible because who knows...maybe this bub will be a Christmas miracle for us.

Have felt soo tired & queazy through the day so hoping thats a good sign & more due to what is happening inside of me rather than the meds, I guess only time will tell
