Keen,
I've been keeping your seat warm in here since I got here! I'm so excited about your transfer!
Jo, DH and I went for over an hour's walk yesterday after work. Was dead beat when I got home and dropped off at 8pm....right through to 7am this morning! Woohooo! \:D/
Of course then this morning, had two pindrops of brown discharge, so won't be doing the walk again! 8-[
Lol! Not seriously worried about the discharge, but I think, to be safe, I shouldn't push myself too hard!

Oooohhhh...it's so nice in here...can I come too?
-
Damn straight you can come too, bee!
-
-
Go Keen!!
Sush - We must be taking it in turns............I had a shocker of a night last night. Glad you managed to get a great night in though.
-
Ok, I know I haven't been on much lately but have been having some stressful days and didn't want to bring any of you down.
Had ob appointment today, admission to hospital is on the 30th of November and delivery day is set for 27th December, 2 days after I'm 34 weeks.
Both babies are doing fine, can't find a reason for my constant spotting, so as far as it goes, all is well so far. So it's about 12 weeks away until delivery day...
-
Tiff
:happybday: for tomorrow my dear friend
Hope you have a fabulous day and a year head filled with bountiful blessings, much love, laughter and happiness
with hope :blowcandle: :blowcandle:
I have been thinking about your Dad - I really understand how awful it is.
Take care of your heart and hug your Dad as much as you can.
Rest up and give those bubbas a big belly rub from me.
-
YAY Tiff on having a date.
-
Gosh Tig - not long to go then! Sorry to hear you've been stressed - remember you won't bring us down if you feel like venting or getting it off your chest in here, that's what friends are for!! Take care Sweet.
As for me, I thought I felt movement the last few days but wasn't sure. Now I'm pretty confident that I have felt movement from the baby - very cool and very weird at the same time. Hope you guys KWIM.
Take care everyone
-
Bee, most definitely, all of u can come... :-)
Tiff, hope your feelin better soon. Wow, 4wks in hospital, that'd drag on. So u get to meet ur precious little bubbies sooner, cool. My obgyn & GP say the same bout my spotting & think it could possibly stop in the 1st tri or continue on throughout. It stopped again, just a few days ago, but it has done that several times now... hehehe... oh well.
Amy, cool, movement, can't wait to feel that.
-
tiff - WOW, only 12 weeks to go.........don't be so shy in future, thats why we are all here, to get each other over our worst moments :)
-
Hi girls
I have just updated the web site with belly and baby photos
-
Aww Tam, you have such a beautiful belly :D
-
Tam, I love your belly (8-[ is that wrong??). I also love little boy's bicep curl!
-
Thanks girls. :D
Bee, of course a boy always has to show off, and this proves it starts at a young age, hehehehe
-
Gorgeous shots Tam, glad everything is going well.
And amazing shot of the bicep, now we can't blame guys because now we know it all starts before they do!
Take care
-
Great pickies Tam. LOL at bicep curl.
-
Tam - Love the shots! Your nursery looks lovely as well.
Amy - Woohoo on movement!
-
Amy - Yaye on feeling bubs! That must be a wonderful, strange sensation.
Tam - pics are adorable. And yeah your belly looks just great! Love how your little boy is getting prepared to show off to the ladies and your little girl is just as friendly - albeit foot first!
Tiff - dont feel as though you cant reveal whats going on simply because it may not be fantastic news. Thats what this forum is for - the good and the bad. Not too much longer now till you see your babies. How exciting! Better start thinking of things you can do in the hospital..... hhhmmmm.... like to knit??
Gab- you must be coming up to the finish line very soon my dear - cant wait to hear all about it!
-
Tam,
I love the piccies, sooo cute! The babies are so clear, so distinct!
I have a little secret, myself. I too have started to feel some movement. It started about 4 days ago, and I discounted it coz I thought it was way too early. But there it is, everyday, usually about bed time, or when I'm sitting in the car, where I feel the fluttering. I thought it was a muscle twitch or something before realising there isn't much muscle left under there!
My Nuchal Translucency u/s is in 3 days, on Thurs, and not a moment too soon for DH, who is stressing about whether the little'un's okay. I can't believe I've hit 12 weeks already, and still he can't relax!
Jo, hope you got some sleep over the weekend. Keen hope you've packed your bags to move in here. Everyone else, hope you guys had a great weekend!

Thanks Sush and YAY for Thursday, can't wait to see some of your updated photos.
-
Congrats Sushee on hitting 12 weeks!!! It's such and emotional, mental and physical barrier to break. And to feel movement this early must be a such a thrill. Good luck for the NT scan.
-
well i'm back from my scan too - alls well bub is doing fine after the bleed and Doc could find a small sac of blood still there but bubs HB was hammering away and he/she has also grown beautifully measuring right on track for my dates he was very happy with the way things are going and i go back now in 3 weeks for a check up and another scan to determine whether i stop the supporting drugs so yay i'm happy i even had to do a bit of maternity wear shopping while i was in the city as my normal clothes Just don't fit 8-[ ](*,) any way people have already started asking am i pg i have been so careful to try an eat the right foods so who knows how big i will get and to tell you the truth i don't care as long as i have a healthy bub at the end of it all \:D/

Yay Shazz! And Yay Sush for hitting 12w!
It's time for another lot of arrivals, don't you think?!?! Ahem....Keen...
-
Sush - big woohoo on reaching 12 weeks
Shazz - so very happy to hear all is well with the little one.
Im doing my damndest to get a whole stack of folk in here from the ttc thread.... and if I HAVE to lead the way, well, I suppose I can do it, you know, for the team ;)
-
Sush, I've been getting those exact same feelings, so much so that I actually re-act to it, like make a noise & grab my tummy, eg: relaxing on lounge with DH & it kept happening but everytime I put DH's hand on my belly it stopped again. Only thing though is that I've been getting similar feelings for quite some weeks now & it is mainly near my belly button, but don't think bubby would be up that high yet. So maybe mine is different then.
Shazz, sounds great, my spotting continued on/off from 6wks to 11wks. The final 3wks was continuous & was more than usual. My scans showed same as u, a healthy little bubby developing just as it should. Have my NT scan at 4:15pm today so will have proof that everything is still all well & good. My belly has grown 3cm in 8 days, geez (but in that 8 days, no weight gain). So people are starting to comment/notice now, hehehe.
Keen, not long to wait now, you certainly deserve to lead the way & take a whole stack of LT TTC'ers with u. Can't wait.
-
Shell,
good luck for your scan today! Can't wait for you to have new pics up on your website!
My flutterings are low, just above the cup of my pelvis but further forward, and about 4 inches below my belly button. It is very very faint, and I have to be lying flat on my back to feel it most times.
But, like I said, I am not completely sure it's movement. I suspect it is because I felt Zaki at 13 weeks, but the memory of it is fuzzy after 12 years! Lol!
Keen, we haven't had a graduate for a while. You're marked the leader, wtih Sheree, Trish, Bee and everyone else to follow closely behind. We need to locate a virile SD for Sue, too! I can't think of anything better than closing the LT threads down from lack of participants!

Good luck Shell! Post some good bubby piccies!
Wow, you guys are feeling movement very early! I first felt little air-bubble sensations at 14w, but only at night lying on my back. Could have been wind!
-
Good Luck shell
Sal are you getting heaps of movement now??? I am which is just great. It is almost constatn throughout the day and night. The only time they don't move as much is when I am walking around.
-
Tam,
does that mean that they're trying to kick each other out of the way so they can have more space, or they're awake at different times and you feel them all days coz they're taking turns? I'm biting my lip, it's so cute!
love
sushee

Sush a bit of both. At night I lie on my side, so when I lie on one side that baby cracks it, LOL so I turn over and then the other cracks it. Gets a bit hard for me to be comfortable with all that fighting going on, LOL. During the day they tend to take turns. The boy is the most active during the day, the girl a little more so in the evening.
-
sush - Yay on reaching 12 weeks! AND movement!!
Shell - Hope the scan went ok. I'm sure it did!
My scan is on Friday, still undecided about the gender thing.......?????
Sush, I picked up my kittens on Sunday \:D/ will try and get some decent photos when they stop darting around all over the place and pop them on a webpage soon.
Have to go, we have been without a telephone line since sunday am and I am busy trying to get through BB forums and emails so DH can have a go!
-
Jo, awesome, can't wait to see those kitty pickies & bubby pickies.
Wow Tam, your tummy must feel like a constant jumping castle, hehe.
Sush, not long til your NT scan. You too Shazz.
Ultrasound was: 2D, 3D & 4D (all for $120, less Medicare). Awesome pickies, although the 4D wouldn't work as I had a contraction in my uterus (they come & go & are normal), giving the bubby not much room at all, hence not enough room for the 4D to work, but should be fine for our next scan (20.5wks). Have updated website (home page pickies, pickies page & milestones).
NT scan, 6.2cm, 152bpm heartbeat, moving alot, hands in front of eyes most of the time, some hiccups. Not very co-operative, had to roll on my side to get bubby to lay flat enough for the NT measurement & lady had to prod my belly to get him/her to put their hands down for a few measurements, cheeky bugger. Very Low Risks: Down Syndrome=1:11,000+, chromosomal abnormality=1:22,000+.
Sarah, could you please update my details:
Ultrasound dates: 20/8, 31/8, 12/9, 4/10, 29/11
-
YAY SHell on a great scan!!!!
So so happy for you!
-
Shell - those piccies are just adorable! I especially love the one with bubs sucking his/her thumb! Results from your scan are great too, so you must be feeling great at the moment =D>
Jo - am very much looking forward to seeing these kitty cats of yours! Im a big cat fan (well any animals really). Whats the bet on the genders of your bubs? Im betting you find out - God knows I would! ;)
Tam - cracked me up about neither bubs wanting to be on the bottom, when you are on your side... makes me think of kids in the backseat of the car poking each other and screamin "stop it".... heee heee....
Cant believe how many of you are getting movement so early on - must be reassuring.
-
Jo good luck for Friday. I am with Keen, I think that you will find out.
Keen not long now until you are in here for good. You are right about the kids in the backseat scenario, that's exactly how I see it too. I just figure, I will get comfortable and they can work it out between them. LOL
Shell YAY \:D/ on a great scan and great pics too.
-
Shell, :cheer: on great scan and NT results, piccies very cute!
Jo, a huge good luck for Friday. You know, I always just assumed that I'd find out the sex (which of course I did) and couldn't imagine waiting to find out. But now, reading Tracey's birth story (Barley1) and how the sex was a surprise, I can now see why people would wait. But I don't like surprises! I'm sure you'll be happy with whatever decision you and DH make.
Tam, that's so funny that your bubs are constantly jostling for position! I feel a lot more movement, but it's not constant, nothing like, I feel it mainly when I'm sitting down (hunched over) or lying in bed. I only feel movement under my right rib or down in my left lower tummy so now I'm thinking that poor bubs is squashed in one position!
Tiff, how're you doing today?
-
Shell,
wow what great scan pics! I can't wait for mine tomorrow now!
Jo, OMG new kitties. I can't wait for pics! I'm so jealous! I love kittens, can't say mine are anymore, at almost 10 months! You lucky chook, though I know you've been waiting forever for them!
As for the sex of the bubs, I can completely understand wanting it to be a surprise. I didn't find out the sex for Ariani, Shay and Zaki, and if it wasn't for my DH, wouldn't want to know the sex of this little'un either. I like surprises!
