I hope the OB helps you - ouch ! and yay on TTC again - you must be loving being a mum.
He is thriving - you did your best and more than a lot would do to give them expressed milk so be very proud of yourself.

Justine - my Dh's 2 sisters and his mother think way of my DH O - neice was asking the other night if he ever did anything wrong as a child -trying to dig up dirt on him - sisters they never fought with him ( they are 6 & 9 yrs older) and he was a tidy little boy - angelic etc... though I have to admit I can't find much to fault him with either but don't let him know that.
