Try and keep me away Skye - I am so excited waiting for all of us to be holding our babies
Trish,
It is so fantastic to see you feeling happy and healthy and your little bubbas growing and you will get to meet them so soon. Good luck and try to get some rest.
I've been busy at work and had training etcetc......all is well with me just bl**dy constipated!!!!!!
Ali-0MG you are sooo close, woohoo. I hear that GD clears straight after birth gl with that.
Justine - wow 30 weeks. I love the "business end" of pg so so exciting.
Trish - woohooo you are doing so great for a twin pg especially, good on you.
Hello to everybody else. Once I clear my emails and do some damage control I'll come back.
Pssst DD turned 4 yesterday and there is a big party tomorrow at our house for her - oh how they grow up hey!
Anney,
how excellent to see you! And to see your ticker! Woohoo on having two embies on board!
I got 11 hours of sleep last night! 8.30am - 10.30am, then 10.45pm- 3.45am, then 4am - 8am! I feel like a million bucks! Almost negates Charlie peeing all over me at 8am, then after I changed my T-shirt, puking on me! Lol!
Is this right? Do we only have one person in here in their first half of pg? Is everyone else now over 20 weeks? OMG how quickly did that go?
Wow Trish - cant believe it is so close to your little men coming into the world! So exciting...
Hope all you big bellies are doing well, enjoying it, fighting the anxiety and looking forward to holding your sweet babies! YAYE!
Hello lovely ladies,
Just a quickie to let you know I'm back. I will be in to post personals a bit later when I have caught up on all the news. DH has finally fixed the computer ... thank God.
William is doing well. He is now over 5 kilos and already into 00s as of a week or so ago. He is smiling and laughing (mostly in his sleep) and generally going ahead in leaps and bounds. I am a bit sleep deprived but doing okay too.
Hope you've all been well and I'll be back later to catch up.
Love,
Mel
Hi Girls
Mel - Great to have you back. William must be doing really well, that's fantastic. OO's already, yikes, I have a heap of NB & 000's thinking bubs would be wearing them for at least 3 mths..............guess I will need to do more shopping after all. I think I will wait until bubs is born though, so I can actually buy a colour.
I had my scan yesterday at one day off 36 weeks and bubs is weighing 3.3kg already, which is a pretty good size. They said that if I went to full term it would be well over 9lb and as I am delivering at 38 weeks, it'll be around 3.8kg. Got a DVD of the scan again but it is pretty ordinary, can't really see much at all.
I started jabbing myself today (insulin), brings back memories of the old stim cycles, but this time I obviously can't do it in my tummy. I do it into my thigh, isn't bad at all, plenty of padding....LOL!!!!
ONLY 13 SLEEPS TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope everyone is really well & I'll try to be back tomorrow to chat more.
Love to all

Anney - for you to be joining us too.Congrates with two embies on board.
Anney! Haven't chatted with your for ages (I don't venture into the LTTTC thread anymore, feel like a stranger there now). Gee how wonderful that you've two embies on board, I have all fingers and toes crossed for you :crossfingers:
Sush, if I were u, I'd be keepin the clothes too. Yay on getting more sleep.
Trish, yeah I wish the PHF kept a log of ALL calls, they said they only have 2 notes in the system, however I've phoned them on about 4-5 diff matters sometimes a few times, oh well. I hope that sickness subsides. Great news on ur lil twinnies.
Justine & Trish, yay at 30+wks.
Ali, re: PHF that'd be right, not wanting to commit themselves to an answer, doh. Yay on being able to meet ur littlun earlier, but hope the GD comes under control. :-)
Happy birthday to ur DD Sheree.
Mel, great news on ur computer & on William's milestones. 00's already, or do u mean 000's? Holly's still in some 0000's & some small 000's, but she was smaller though. :-)
I hope there's a whole HEAP of grads this time. :)
Hi to everyone else. :)
Last Fri (7wks), Holly rolled on her tummy (took few mins but she did it) & started going 9-11hrs between feeds at night (from 6-7pm ish), yay. Have added 3 more pics from 7wks. 1 is latest smily pic (in my ticker), oh so cute, hehe. Another is her playing with her caterpillar toy on the changetable, she loves it, talks to it, smiles at it, sooo cute :-)
Morning ladies, well we had a BIG w/e with DD's party on Saturday. BBL with personals. :)
Hope the party was a great success Sheree.
Shell that's a gorgeous picture of Holly - what an angel sleeping so well for you.
Ali - so exciting!!!! Are you ready for bubs? Everything organised?
Today I put the muesli in the fridge and the milk in the cupboard after breakfast
Shell -
Holly has a goegeous smile and what a clever girl too -rolling
Justine - LOL - I did something like that the other day - DH asked me why when he watched me ? but I cannot even remember what I did ... done a FEW too many weird things.
Hi Sal - how is Miles
Aw Shell, how gorgeous is Holly! I can't believe how good she is. Just an angel!
I got 6 and a 1/2 hours straight sleep last night for the second night in a row! I know, how sad that I gauge my days by how much sleep I got, but that's just the way it is! Lol!
Charlie's christening on Sunday went well, we had a lovely time, and will put up pics of it soon. Aside from that, not much to report! Oh also wanted to say that Charlie is is 000/00s depending on the outfit. He can't get into any 0000s any longer, so I've packed those away already,
Mel great to have you back, my sweet!
All the lovely pg ladies, I hope you're looking after yourselves!
Shez roll on the 9th, it'll be great to see bub again!
Good morning girls
Humphrey - LOL re the fridge thing!!!!!!!!!! I am almost organised for bub.......well, not really.......I've got my Mum coming over to give me a hand with things today. But have got the majority of the important stuff done.
Sushee - That's great that Charlie's christening went well. Can't wait to see the pics!!
Shell - Holly is an absolute doll, just beautiful and clever little chooky too, rolling!!!!
I'm going well, apart from feeling like a beached whale that is. Insulin seems to be going ok, although I have had a couple of hypos which feel very ordinary. I am carrying around jelly beans wherever I go, I tell you what, it's taking a lot of will power to not eat them willy nilly..........I LOVE JELLYBEANS!!!
I hope everyone has a great day!!!!!!!!!!
Love to all
Alicia xxxxxxxxxxx
I just got back from my Ob and all is well. Bubs is measuring 1.8kg and head engaged already. This doesn't worry me as DS engaged around the same time and I still went to 40 weeks. He said she's unlikely to turn now which is good news. GTT came back clear as well as Strep B test. So all is good really!
Woohoo, sounds like all is ready to "rock n roll" Justine
Justine - great news on your little girl she is a good size for 30wks
Hello Ladies,
Every time I go to post, something happens but I'm determined to get this one in. WM is presently watching "The Muppet Movie". He has a full belly and a clean nappy so I'm not anticipating any interruptions in the short term.
Justine - great news for your little girl and you. I'm so glad this pg is going well for you and is it just me but time seems to have flown!
Ali - glad to hear you are feeling well. Is it Freemasons that you are having your delivery at? I can't believe you're so close either! Counting down the days ...
Shell - Yep, you read right ... WM is in 00s. He's a big boy ... very long. Holly is just beautiful. Hope you are doing well too.
Anney - I am watching your ticker with anticipation! Hoping you and Leis can join this forum soon along with the other lovely ladies from long term. There are quite a few empty seats now.
Sush - I'm glad you've gotten some straight sleep. It makes all the difference doesn't it? We are starting to get into a pattern here and it has helped a lot.
Sheree - happy birthday to your beautiful Nicola. Hope you are doing well too.
It's so good to be back on BB after our downtime. I have to see about joining some of the other forums too. It's strange to have to venture out ... I had my last ob appointment last week and that was a bit sad. I will miss my ob. I felt a bit the same when I had to leave my fertility specialist. Tragic isn't it? I got so used to them being there and now they're not and I feel like I've been set adrift.
Trish, Sal and everyone else (((((((HUGS)))))))))
Someone is calling for room service so I'd better go. Can I say again that I'm glad to be back? Thinking of you all.
Mel
Hi all,
Justine wow excellent weight for 30 weeks! I too part engaged early, but went to term anyway. Just made everything that little bit more uncomfy, that's all!
Ali, OMG only 10 days to go!
Everyone else :hello:
Well, I had my last appt today with my wonderful FS/Ob Dr Nichols, but he refused to say goodbye, just see you later this year for when we transfer our last emby. He also took pains to mention that often pg can cause blocked tubes to become unblocked, and did I want to talk about contraception? I told him if my tubes became unblocked, it would be a gift from God and why on earth would I want birth control??? Lol! But knowing my luck, I"ll be one of the ones for pg does zilch to my tubes! He discussed the possibility of another HSG, but for now, I think I'd rather not know.
Other than that he said I'm almost as good as new (almost? I said)
Mel, have you updated WM's webpage yet? I wanna have a steaky beak!
Oh yeah, Sush ... we had the birth control conversation as well. As hilarious as I found it, I will actually be going back onto Triphasil 28 would you believe? My reasoning is that I want to keep that bloody endo at bay as long as I can. Don't want anything to interfere with attempt number two!
So you're going back by the end of the year? Good for you ... I hope it sticks!
Just about to update WM's page. Have had a glass of chardonnay and a bowl of homemade Chinese food so I'm up for anything. BTW HAPPY BIRTHDAY for the other day.
Love,
Mel
PS: (Added later) I have just put some pics of Willmartin on his site and updated the text as well.
Mel
William is gorgeous what a big beautiful boy and so cute in hug a bub.You look pretty good yourself.
It is so ironic after IVF we have to think about C ... I am likely going to have remaining tube clipped - I will be very happy when these boys are in our arms and don't want any more surprises.
Hey Mel,
I agree with Trish!!! (Hi Trish! How are you going, my dear friend)?
More photos please.
Also, have to agree, I feel very odd, now I am not officially supposed to post in here, wandering around, trying out a few different areas but it's different somehow.
PS Ivy and Noah are 6 months old! Wow! the time has just flown by!
Hi Sush:hello: your Charlie is just gorgeous!
Sal! Hi Girl!!! How is Canberra? How are you and Miles going?
Ali, thinking of you and Justing OMG your ticker is flying!
Sheree, Shell,:hello:
Keen, I know you pop in here too! I think of you often, hun.
:hello:  Hi Tiff! Yes, it is so weird to be graduates of this thread even! So how do us exLTTTCers all catch up with each other now?!?!?! We need a new thread for graduates of pg after LTTTC!
Canberra is COLD! (OK I knew this going in, given I grew up here). DH loves the cold so that's OK; our heating bill is going to be huge as I like a toasty house. Miles is lovely, he is such a strapping boy, already the size of a 6mo! He is very happy and placid, is showing no inclination to rolling over, but likes to stand, so I figure he's not going to bother with crawling and just cut to the walking when it's time! I love being at home with him, I talk to him all day and find him the best company. I really wish there could be a mother's group here that had you, Mel, Sush, Gab, Tam, Jo, Carrie, Shell in it, I'd join for sure! Where I am all the mums are 15 years old, or so it seems, so I haven't joined one.
OMG at your bubs being 6mo already, time absolutely flies! Will have to check out your website, they look SO cute in your ticker photo.
Mel, had a peek at your website, too (didn't realise you still had one...only just figured out to go to your profile and then go to your website, what a ditz I am). WM is just gorgeous, you look great - that pic is of you leaving hospital, right?? Wow you look good!!
...OK just visited your site, Tiff. That is such a lovely pic of your whole clan! Noah is very cute, love his little cleft chin - I think he looks like dad and Ivy looks like mum, is that the general consensus? Love the pic of Ivy just pretending to eat her farex!
Maybe our dear mod - Sushee - could be persuaded to ask the bosses about a new forum/thread for Parenting after LTTTC - attached to Pregnancy after LTTTC forum .We all have been through so much together. There are quite a few of you already and several more to join the ranks in next 3 months.
It would be much easier to keep in touch with each other than searching through born in groups.
Wow Sal - Miles is 4 months old already and Ivy & Noah 6 months , Tomas must be 6 months old too ... wonder how Gabby & Tomas are going. It just seems like they were born not long ago.
Trish, that is a grand idea! We do have a bond and there is no place (other than for us grads to gate-crash here) for us to chat. Of our grads, Jo and Tam are also in the Jan bubs thread, but for some reason that thread is dying off  Of course you know I'd have you in my dream mother's group, just waiting for the 41 days to pass and you have your boys in your arms!
I couldn't agree more about the babies after LTTTC thread - it would be great! I have trouble catching up with everyone and trying to follow everyone in their monthly threads is so hard. My March thread is great but I miss you guys so much. Right I'm off to catch up on everyone and see their beautiful bubs and try...to get my website finally done! I'm having trouble reducing the size of my photos to post them as the computer I'm on is slow and old and pretty frustrating really!
Wow Trish and Ali..so close!! Can't wait.
Amy! So good to hear from you! Gosh, I just knew I wouldn't put down all the grads when I listed them :o Can't wait to see pics of your (is he still BIG) bubba?
I shall put it to the other mods girls...
Oooooh - I just love it when you "old timers" come back and visit us. I never really got into my August belly buddies as I always felt more comfortable here. It would be great to all stick together.
Hey girls!
I have spoken with the other mods & at this stage we would prefer not to start up a chatter thread for the LT TTC mums. If we started up one for you guys we would then have to start them up for all of the other sections as well IYKWIM. We like to keep the Baby Buddies in months so you can chat with people who have children at the same stage as your own.
Having said that, if you're having problems keepin track of each other, why not put all of those you're interested in into your buddies list? When you log in, just go to your profile, into the buddies list then click on whoever to track them down easier....
hey guys! just popping in here to let you know that our assisted conception starts monday with IUI and i am HOPING to join you all in here VERY soon :D :crossfingers:
Yay Danni! All the best with your treatment and look forward to seeing you in here very soon.
Sheree, sounds like the party went well.
Justine & Trish, LOL, the things we do when preggy hey. :)
Good results too Justine.
Sush, sounds like Charlie's coming along well in the sleep dept, great for u. I was wondering how the christening went.
Mel, glad to hear everyrhing's going well for you. Great photos, can't wait to see more.
Sal, u,ve gone from 1 extreme to the other with the weather, I'm with u, I'm a cold frog, thank god for heaters.
Trish, I agree, time has flown & it does seem like bubbies were born yesterday.
Hi Amy. Hope u & bub are both well.
Best of luck Danni, hope there's some exciting news coming.
I agree Tiff, I know we're not meant to be in here, but like everyone said, it's easier to catch up on everyone by coming to this thread. :-)
9 days to go til we meet Ali's bubby.
Well Holly hasn't rolled on her tum since, but has come mighty close a few times, spoke to soon, hehe. We've had a breakthru in the BF, Holly has grown out of biting, just like the CHN said she would & last Tue was the last time I used the shield, yay. :)
OMG, how could I forget Jo and Tam and Amy???? Shame on me!AND Gabby too, where is my brain???
Amy, how is your Noah? Any photos for us?
Jo, how are your little ones?
Tam, how are your beautiful bubs?
Gabby, are you out there, how is Tomas???
I guess if we can't have a thread we'll just have to keep jumping in here to check up.
Sal, so glad to hear that your Miles is doing fabulously!
I miss chatting to you and all the others too. Your mother's group sounds like a good idea.We all have so much in common. Mother's groups in my area are more like baby competitions, MY baby can do this...can YOURS???? So I don't go.
I guess I mainly hang with the premmie mums these days. Carrie! Oh Yeah, Carrie is one of us too!
