Congratulations Sarah!!
At 7 weeks the ultrasound lady told me mine were huge and that I should be in pain?? I couldn't tell at all, completely oblivious. She said that everything would be OK as well and that the babies didn't know or care...
I just had my 7 week ultrasound this morning which I think is pretty standard for IVF pregnancies (?). One of the things I was told was that my ovaries are "still quite stimulated" so I'm wondering what that means for the pregnancy. Is it a bad thing? Does it mean that I may have had OHSS & it's not been treated? Would that be a problem?
Congratulations Sarah!!

Thank you Clare. I didn't even think to ask at the time, I was just holding my breathe for the heartbeat!
Congrats Sarah

it's nothing to worry about if you're symptomless.
H&H 9 months
Sarah at 7 weeks this is totally normal after a stim cycle. I think mine were enlarged up until about 10/11 weeks and then they started to settle down. Mine were painful during the first few weeks of prg which made me worry until I worked out that's what it was.
If they are big and fat they are producing lots of progesterone which is great for the pregnancy.
A friend of mine did a stim cycle and fell prg with twins and her ovaries were enlarged for about 18 weeks into the pregnancy.
PS - A big *WOOOOOOOOOT* on seeing a beautiful heartbeat!!
I'm not in any pain, but I have a feeling that my showing early is really just bloating from the enlarged ovaries LOL!
