HELP with hcg levels...Hoping not another miscarriage

Can anyone tell me if this is normal.....I am just over 9 weeks pregnant and dr called to tell me my hcg levels taken yesterday went down to 81000 from 89000 last week. Last week I had some light brown spotting, dr sent me for a ultrasound and all was ok. I am now having another ultrasound on monday or tuesday but can't stop thinking if its happening all over again.
I miscarried in august last year at 11weeks 4 days after i started bleeding heavily & my hcg levels dropped to like 5000 and scan showed no heartbeat. Showed the baby stopped growing just over 9 weeks which is where I am now. I just feel the same as last time, my morning sickness stopped suddenly & my boobs don't feel as sore as they did.
Am I being paranoid or should I be worried regarding my levels? Is it normal to drop at this stage as I thought they dropped a bit later like in 2nd trimester.
I feel horrible, have a tension headache from thinking about it, so hard not to.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Channy,
How are you going?
I have heard that around the 10 week mark your hcg levels slow right down, they get to a peak and then stop doubling.
Had anymore spotting etc?
Hope you and your little one are ok
