Hi gals
Just checking in to let you know it's good news :)
Awesome!!
All all good here too.. DR told me yesterday that with the two excellent scans I have has now the risk of miscarriage is very low. I know it doesn't rule out all the potential issues, but it does help make me feel better about it all.
That's great news!!!
As women who have been through loss, so much of our care is now about stress minimisation, so if you are feeling a little less anxious, that's all you can hope for.

Great news summeru and my turn xxx
Hi all,
Found out last week that i was expecting again. I lost my first one in July this year and i took it very badly.
Since finding out i was pg again, i can't help but look at every sign as being bad. I started spotting a brownish cm (sorry for TMI) yesterday afternoon. Its still kind of continuing. After reading EVERYTHING on the internet, i can't help but think this time is going to be over for me already. I know that it can sometimes be "normal" to spot in early pregnancy, but i just dont feel that lucky.
I am putting off seeing a doctor because i dont want to be faced with the same conclusion that i received last time.
I'm just hoping that i'm overreacting and that if i just relax and wait another couple of weeks that either i will mc and be done with it or will have some pg symptoms to complain about...coz i have nothing atm. Which is whats playing on me the most i guess.
I feel so sad!
Oh wrangalove, I know it's hard to stay focused on the positives. Congratulations on your pregnancy & I hope you feel more confident soon. A lot of women who have experienced loss never really relax until the day their baby is born. Know that how you're feeling is natural & normal. Good luck xxx
wrangalove congrats and here is to a very sticky baby for you.
It's true after lots is hard to feel relaxed. I am due in 6 days and still have moments of nervousness
thank you for the kind words. just going to relax and let whatever happend happen. there is nothing i can do if i'm going to mc. but i really hope this little one sticks around.
Great approach Wrangalove...acceptance that so much is out of our control is sometimes the most powerful coping mechanism!
Hi everyone! I'm doing well, ms hasn't hit yet but the tiredness is creeping in. Part of me wants to be as sick as a dog, just so my pregnancy feels different from my first daughter which was a dream! But I know I'll regret saying that :)
I'm almost 7 weeks and completely paranoid something is wrong, but as I mentioned above, I've accepted that this is going to be a huge part of the journey for the next little while. I suspect it will get worse if I make it past 20 or so weeks too, when I'm more invested. But generally feeling ok, and keeping my anxiety locked in a little box in my head, aware that it's there but quite happy for it to be out of sight, out of mind at the moment! I'm excited about being pregnant and am relieved we are on the path to becoming parents again, that part definitely feels right.
How is everyone else going? Xxx

Congrats Kbudgie!!!!!!! and love his name, very nice!!!
and just joining the thread myself.
I am 8w, and after my last m/c was told by FS that I had a 50% chance of m/c. I was on clomid to help TTC, and at my first scan found out I was pg with twins! I had another scan on Fri, and HB were 163 and 161 and measuring to date, so hopefully odds are moving in my favour now. I guess I will find it doubly hard to relax in this pg. We already have 2 beautiful girls, so I know I am blessed, but I do have more love left for another - or two!
Oh wow Milly5! What wonderful news. Here's best wishes for a safe & long pregnancy 😊
Congratulations kbudgie! And wow TickToc, not long to go now :-)
Sticky dust to all :-)
Yep, on the countdown :) Did/does anyone else get towards the end & then have another wave of fear & anxiety? I've gone from "cannot wait to meet this beautiful baby" to having this fear that something will go wrong at the end & I still will be left with no baby. It's a horrible feeling, I feel like I've developed a false sense of security & I'll be left all organised with no baby. I spoke to the midwife today about it but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
