KellBell~ Thank you darl, long time no see, and a huge CONGRATS to you on the birth of you gorgeous little boy darl.
clairsmummy~ i am so happy to see you back sending you sicky vibes
AFM~ everythng here is good Honor is finally over her sickness poor thing had an ear infection and a UTI The uti came from swimming the dr said. But she was running a fever of 103 and she needed three shot of antiboictic and was teething at the same time. I go see the dr next week then schedule my 20 week scan wow time is flying by
*sneaking in*
Clairesmummy - HUGE CONGRATS hun!!! Yay, so happy for you darl, glad to see you back in here :) *hugs* xxx
Clairesmummy: :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: Will have everything crossed for you that you have smooth sailing with this pregnancy. So glad to see you back again!
Angelfish: sorry to hear Honor has been sick. Not fun : ( Glad she is feeling better now. Can't believe how fast you are coming along either!
India's mum: Sorry about the GD. You must be disappointed but you sound like you are making the best of it. Did you have it with your DD? Wow that you are working up to the birth! I know you said you 'only' work 2 days but i guess it depends on the work you do how comfortable that is. I was working three days and i work far from home and was finding the long drives very uncomfortable now. Also, I need to sit a fair bit (office work) and was finding that very uncomfortable (due to restless knees and sore where my big tummy 'pulls' on the muscles in my tummy and back). So I am very relieved to have finished.
Alish: Oh i feel for you. The last weeks at work are hard. I remember when i had 2weeks to go at work. It actually went quite quickly in the end. I hope yours does too. Will they give you a 'send off' of some kind?
Pheebee: good luck for the 12wk scan. I remember how nervous i was before mine this time (I also had a missed miscarriage previously at 12wks). It will be great when you can see your baby waving at you!
The Mrs: you are into your second trimester... yay! Oh, and what is EPO?
Hi kellbell, JJ, becnxavi and anyone else i missed!
AFM: Still so excited about being on maternity leave. I feel like i have so much to do to prepare for the baby and can't wait to get stuck into it (as well as finish off some home renovations). 3wks seems like the shortest time!
Ooooh, Clairesmummy - congratulations! So excited to see you back in here :crossfingers: that this is a nice long 8 month stay with a gorgeous BA at the end of it :D
angel - glad Honor is improving, it's no fun when they're sick.
Phee, good luck for your 12 week scan - I hope there's a little wriggly bub in there waving and saying hi to Mummy.
Sorry, that's it for persies, must go get dinner started.
We're well here, all is going well pg wise (aside from TIRED) - DS has been a full on, cheeky monkey, but he"s lovely :)
Cheshire - my EDD is December 15th and it is a girl.
Clairesmummy - well done! Sending you tons of sticky vibes. I am very happy to see you here, I remember your latest sad loss.
Possum magic - I envy you the materninity leave. I want to be where you are, concentrating on the future baby and not the stupid work.
Indiasmum - that's funny what you wrote about the bug bites, because I have been bitten by something behind my ear and I thought it was some sort of a tumor growing, the bite was so huge. It took a very long time for the bite to go away too. I have also never experienced this before, I thought it is some new kind of a bug (it was on vacation) but perhaps it is just the pregancy.
Hello everybody else, wishing you all the best, sorry I do not have time for more persies but the stupid work is killing me.
Clairsmummy- congrats and fx for a h&h 9months
Luna- Hope you don't have to be working for too much longer.
WBM- Hearing you loud and clear on the tired side. I swear I could sleep all day and night right now.
PM- hoorah for maternatity leave. Bet is it such a relief
Angel- looking forwards to scan news :) glad your lil girl is getting better
Phebee- i hope your scan is good news this time
TheMrs- Bring on September :)
IndiasMum- I seem to be getting weird bug bite reactions as well.
AFM- Half asleep atm so sorry if I've missed anyone or replied to the wrong person etc lol. Feeling all drugged up but still in so much pain I can't sleep, plus the HG isn't exactly being kind. Not long to go now though. Just got to make it to tomorrows scan and I'll be happy
Thank you for the lovely words ladies, I can't express how greatful I am to be back in the thread again.
Jenna~ Congrats on the birth of your no doubt very gorgeous little girl darl.
Angel~ Glad to hear your little Honor is better, my DD suffers a bit from Ear infections as did I when I was her age, I always feel so helpless when she is ill. And wow I can't believe how quick time is flying by for you unbelievable. Good luck at your scan darl and I can't wait to read all about it, FX everything is going wonderfully for you.
PossumMagic~ WooHoo for the maternity leave darl, glad to hear your enjoying it all, I can not believe you are coming up to your due date already only feels like yesterday I was reading you PG announcement. Hope things are going smoothly for you and can not wait to read your BA.
WannaBeMum~ Thank you darl, glad things are going well for you with your pregnancy that is awesome news. How far along are you now?
Luna~ Thank you darl, I am praying and hoping this PG ends with a very happy ending unlike our last which broke my heart tremendously. But onwards and upwards we shall go, FX.
Damprye~ Thank you and good luck with your scan tomorrow, I have a feeling we may be reading your BA soon. Best of luck darl and you are in my thoughts.
AFM~ Well apart from the waves of OMG I am going to be sick to the arrgghhh I just need to lay down and fall asleep for a few hours I am feeling pretty good so far oh and don't let me forget how bloated I am feeling and looking right now, but I am loving every second of these feelings and praying like crazy that this PG all goes to plan. In 3 days time I have my first GP appointment to confirm I am PG and then on the 18th I have my First appointment with my FS.
Damp hope your feeling a bit better today & like CM i think we will be reading your BA very soon :D
Who's doing your BA again?
CM Good luck with your GP appt & not long till you first FS appt either. I have everything crossed that things goes to plan for you this time :)
Dampyre- I know Im excited. Its a little bitterwsweet though because I was due to have my baby (last m/c) is sept with you guys! :(
Possummagic- EPO is Evening Primrose Oil...it helps with softening your cervix...which could induce labour..but really justs helps with labour. Though, who knows because I went into labour at almost 38 weeks with DD while using it
Congrats Clairesmummy
AFM- Im a little bummed because (of course) the dr.s are doing my every other weekend ultrasounds after I find out the sex :( and my dr wont budge on any date before 20 weeks...I JUST want to know already lol. Thinking about taking one of those gender prediction test things you pee on this weekend
hello ladies....
missn u all
congrts clairesmummy......im so happy for u. its good to see u in here...im so pleased....hope everythings great this time....i have been thinking of u....
glad everything is ok angelfish
ClairesMummy - You sound as though you will get fantastic support from you FS and that's just what you need. I'm glad you were able to speak to him and make sure you were following his instructions before you saw him. Can't wait to hear the results of your next blood test and watch you go from strength to strength.
Luna - Interesting to hear about your bug bite. The swelling has gone from mine but it's like a massive dark purple bruise and I have never come up that way before. I'm putting it down to pregnancy.
AFM - Seem to be doing ok with the diabetes. The nurse says she is happy to continue to monitor me herself and I won't need to see the specialist until 15th next month. It was interesting when I told her I had lost 4 babies before this one. She doesn't know why I was checked for diabetes then as it can cause early miscarriage. Guess I will never know. Putting the diabetes to the test tonight. It's DH's birthday and I'm, about to make a chocolate cake.
Couple of extra persies...
Damp: good luck for your scan tomorrow!
Luna: it's been aaaages! Glad you are still around on BB. Wow, 19wks! Are you having another scan soon? Or did you just have one (and that's why you know it's a girl?)
India's mum: Diabetic chocolate cake??!!!! Or will you just have a little nibble of a normal one?
Grr, I hate my phone sometimes. Just done a whole heap of persies and my phone decided that it didn't want to post it. Not happy :( Now to try and remember some of it but need to be quicker cos it is way past my bed time now.
IM- Hope your levels stay at an ok point.
TheMrs- very understandable to all of us here
Cheshire- I haven't got anyone to do my BA
CM- Sending you what sticky vibes I can spare.
To all our angels- You are always missed and never forgotten. No matter how far away you are, you are always in our hearts. No matter how many siblings you have, you are always one of a kind and irriplaceable. Fly free our little ones with the knowledge that you will always be loved.
AFM- Holding onto hope that my BA isn't going to be too soon. I want to go home to my bed with my baby still tucked safely inside me after the scan. As much as I thought I was ok with whatever they decide, I don't think I will be letting them take bub as long as s/he is still being a lil wriggle bum. As long as bub is moving it is a sign that everything is ok, right? Please stay safe my little one.
Sorry Damp, i could of sworn i read somewhere you had someone to do your BA.
Guess i'll have to FB stalk you then ;)
Hope everything went well today with your U/S & your little dinosaur can stay baking for a few more weeks x
Cheshire~ Thank you for the good luck wishes starting to get really nervous about my GP appointment not really understanding why though, lol. Thinking maybe I think this is not all real with being PG again IYKWIM. Hope everything is going well for you.
The Mrs~ Thank you for the congrats darl, I don't blame you for being bummed about the no scan, I would be beside my self with anticipation waiting. Good Luck maybe you can try and talk to your GP and persuade him otherwise darl.
Melster~ Thank you and congrats on your little bundle of joy arriving here safely darl.
Indias Mum ~ I had GD with my DD thankfully it was also controlled by diet alone not that it helped as every craving I had was for very sugary sweet things, it was torture at the time but well worth it so I didn't have to have the needles. My OB had me checked for Diabetes for recurrent MC but thankfully it came back clear. I was pretty happy with the response I got from my FS seeing as though I haven't even had my first appointment with him as yet. I am also hoping and praying that this PG goes from strength to strength darl, FX.
Damprye~ Hoping they never kept you at the hospital darl, hope everything went well for you at your scan if you have already had it darl if not, thinking of you and praying you get the results you want.
AFM~ Still feeling pretty tired seems to be in the afternoons when I could just curl up and have a snooze, still having times where I feel a little off and also having some AF cramps today as well and some tight feelings in my lower belly, hoping and praying that these are normal. I so don't want to lose this bub, please please please be our bring home baby.:pray::pray::pray:
