LD sorry about the twin, but glad everything else is ok.
Alish sorry bubs isn't playing nice, but things can change very quickly fx it's not too much longer for you.
LD- I was spotting almost every day till 19weeks and then spotting and sometimes bleeding here and there till the last week or so and then spotting/bleeding every day till he came. Try not to stress about it too much
Alish- Sorry things aren't pushing along from last week. Guess bub wants to do some more cooking first. At least you're on top of the list :)
Speaking of the list, I can't do it via my phone, but could someone please repost it? Haven't seen it for a bit ;)
WBM- Oh no, hope he got to sleep alright in the end.
Sorry I can't do more but that's as far back as my phone will take me *grumble grumble*
AFM- Things are a bit up and down health wise mainly with bub. Wasn't going to the loo (well very rarely, with 12-24hrs between wet ones) until today. Poor lil guy has rather bad jaundice as well. First score was 174, second was somewhere in the early 200s (was half asleep when they told me) and the third was 296. Get his next test done 8am to find out if we can finally go home.
As much as I fought it, he's not having 100% direct booby feeds. Has to have top ups via tube to help flush things through.
Whatever it takes to get him better though.
Lucky me thought I'd escaped any issues myself but nope. Get to be stabbed on the belly by nasty needles and then for an u/s to check for a clot in my leg. If we manage to be released tomorrow, I'll have to do the needles myself. Eww!
That's all the bad stuff, now for the good stuff.
DS1 came to visit yesterday and was so well behaved and so cute with DS2 :) So looking forwards to going home and being our lil family of 3.
I have LOADS of milk. DS2 chokes almost every feed cos he can't always swollow quick enough lol. He feeds for longer than DS1 would and more often but I'm loving it. He is such a fantastic sleeper. I have to wake him up to feed him most of the time lol. Sometimes he makes lil stirring noises but mostly clock watching.
He is weeing and pooping today :D Never thought I could be so happy about bum changes lol.
Can't believe how lucky I am to have my two beautiful lil boys :')
Damprye~ Congrats on the birth of your beautiful little boy darl and I hope he is better soon and you can take him home darl. Enjoy those newborn cuddles and snuggles darl.
LynsDan~ Sorry to hear about your twin hun, it must be a huge shock to you, glad everything is looking great with bub though, big hugs to you darl.
Alish~ Sorry things haven't changed much for you in the last week darl, but I have no doubt that you will be in labour soon darl and holding your wonderful little bundle of joy. Good Luck
Saffy~ Great to see you in here darl, How are things going for you and when is your first scan darl?
Hi and belly rubs to everybody else that I know I have missed.
AFM~ Well after spending the week end in hospital yet again for the 3rd time in as many weeks, I had a gall stone attack on Saturday so DH raced me into hospital and that's where I stayed until late Sunday afternoon. I was sick again Sunday morning vomitting but the gall stone pain had finally gone. I am so petrified I have lost bub now after the week ends events as last time I was PG the exact same thing happened and it ended in tears with bub passing away on us. I have my GP appointment tomorrow morning so I think I till ask her if I can please have another scan as I am just stressing big time now. I am hoping and praying things will start turning around for me here soon as I am totally over being in hospital, I have the worst taste in my mouth that nothing seems to be able to get rid of it. Still have lots of wind, sorry if TMI and also been a little constipated the last couple of days as well where my belly is a little on the tender side.
god almighty claresmummy- you don't do things by halves do you darl- I hope all your bad luck has been used up now, I
m sure your little one is safe and sound, they can be tough little buggers, but I hope you get another scan to rest you nerves, big hugs and sorry it has been so rough for you, I hope the rest of the pregnancy is smooth sailing xx
hi everyone else xx
afm- scan is on friday babe, I cannot wait any longer to see a heartbeat, am keeping up my positive vibes but have a few moments of paranoia and stress, won't be completely happy til i see a hb. Otherwise I am well, bit of nausea here and there, not consistent though, lots of backache today.
Clairesmummy- Oh no! I hope everythings alright
Saffy- When is your next OB appt?
AFM:
Oh no not again!!!
So for the past week I have been having extreme pressure in my lower abdomen. Also (and this is is not a dramatization) I have been peeing every 30 minutes :(. I have this unbearable feeling like I need to pee and may pee just a dot to relieve the pain. :( Called my dr. and they made me go to the hospital to drop off a urine sample so we could get results faster. They think it is YET AGAIN another bladder infection. Im worried because I keep getting these and having braxton hicks and I don't want to go into premature labour..especially since Im high risk already!!!
Oh dear, it sounds like everyone is having a bit of a hard time.
LD - I had bleeding from weeks 15-18 but it all worked out fine. I'm sorry to hear they think it might have been a twin.
Claire'smummy - You poor thing. All this illness is the last bit of stress you need while you are pregnant. I hope this is your last hospital visit until baby comes.
Saffy - You will feel a lot better once you get to see the HB. Keep up those positive vibes because I feel them for you too.
The mrs - Peeing every 30 minutes sound like a UTI to me. Do you produce much when you go? I hope they get this sorted for you soon.
AFM - washing baby clothes and rugs and put the new pram on layby. I finally feel I am getting close enough to actually start preparing.
:(:( no UTI ?? I don't understand why this is happeneing to me...the pressure and peeing are riduculous...ultrasound on the 1st. Dr. said if it gets worse to come in for an evaluation
clairesmummy - ahhh i remember the first trimester - i was all farting!! prob cuz i was so hungry then i used to stuff myself stupid, bloat then fart! glamorous!
i hope you are feeling better after the gall stone - everything will be fine this is your sticky bub xx
the mrs - yeah it automatically sounded like a uti to me also!
i know it might sound gross but i found putting on a pad and when i feel a little pee coming on just do it in the pad, more often than not nothing came out but that relief was still there.
have they given you any antibioctics to take?
everything will be fine xx
indias mum - you are getting so close!! was it you that lost all the baby clothes earlier on? i cant remember... if i lived closer to melbs i would have given you some of mine.. i reckon i could clothe africa!
saffy - glad to hear its going well, not long till you see your baby!
damprye - i might update the list today - if noone else wants to do it, im pretty crap at it but ill try!
*added after post* if you look on the first page, cheshire has update it - legend thankyou!
afm - well curry, chilli and walking isnt working, weve resorted to the thing that got me into this situation. come on baby!
have a nice day!

Hey guys, sorry been a bit MIA - busy Sunday, Monday, Tuesday for us! My friend had a lovely little girl (Matilda Sarah) yesterday so I was looking after her DS (with my Mum, thank God for Mums) who is the same age as my DS. Her DS wasn't that fussed about meeting his sister... But all is well and Mum and bub are doing well - I was honoured to be the first person aside from Mum, Dad and DS to meet the little girl :) Loved my newborn snuggles!
Oh, DS did NOT go to sleep on Sunday, but was still awesome at my Grandfather's 90th and had a lovely time :)
Cheshire - obviously Bambi is a girl, and she'll be 50cm but only 7lb8oz. How does that sound?
Jess - definitely sounds like a UTI, odd that there's nothing wrong. Don't stop drinking, even though you're peeing all the time, keep flushing those kidneys.
LD - sorry about your bleeding and ?loss of twin - I'm glad that the bubba you're holding inside is happy and healthy though, that is a blessing.
Alish - not long to go now, bubs will come when she's ready and when you're so completely over it it's not funny!
CM - I hope you're better now - or at least under good care! What a rollercoaster!!!
Saffy - hoping for a good scan for you on Friday :)
Damp - at least you've got plenty of milk :) Hopefully those top ups wont last long and he gets the hang of drinking all Mummy's got to offer - hope you're getting a little rest too. Glad DS1 is good with bubba!
Sounds good to me, except i don't do small babies maybe i'll go early & have a smaller bubs :D
I love newborn cuddles, i will very much miss that once Bambi is out of that stage.
Thanks Alish x
Alish- I cant believe you are already there. Just a couple more weeks momma and you'll be holding a new baby. :) They wouldnt give me any antibiotics because my urine came back clean :(
Cheshire- I have the opposite problem. I get itty bitty babies that no one wants to pick up because they look small and alien like lol
WBM- My friend recently had a baby as well..isnt it so nice to hold a newborn? :)
AFM- Still miserable and peeing like racehorse. Can my u/s come any quicker!! I wish I could get in sooner...but ultrasounds over here are hard to get because they schedule soo many. So the 1st it is...hope bub is ok :(
the mrs - yes i read that part after i posted! maybe try some cranberry juice & my midwife suggested even if you dont have a uti to take ural or citravescent (uti sachet drinks) because it calms down the "burn" of wee - i dont know if you want to try it but its an option!
1st isnt too far away babe, i understand how anxious you must be though xx
How are you today Alish?
