I went to a physio that specialised in pregnant women, and she also gave me tubigrip to wear during the day. Made a huge difference!

And congratulations on reaching your 2nd trimester!

Where do you work? I had a workstation assessment done when was about 5 months pregnant with DS as I constantly had a sore back sitting in a chair all day. The assessor made some adjustments to my chair and desk height and also gave me a small pillow for added support - it was great!

I'd also recommend a massage. Again, had some when pregnant with DS and they were soooooo good. I even found a clinic that offered proper pregnancy massages, with the pregnancy massage table for your belly, and because it was classified as a remedial massage I was able to make a claim through my private health insurance - it only cost $30!

    Heat pack? Gentle exercise?

Hope you find some relief soon, and congrats on the second trimester
