Braxton hicks at 18 weeks?

I had my first BH a few days ago, & have had 2 or 3 a day since then. I thought nothing of it, except that it seems early this time, but I'm guessing being my 4th thats normal.
Anyway, a few people have thought it was really early, so I looked it up. A few things I've read have said it might be coz I need to drink more water?
Is this true? If it is, its not a huge deal. I can try to drink more. Although, if I have too much fluid in my belly it usually comes back up, so I'm not sure I will get enough.
Would this be normal being my 4th, or should i try to drink more?

Yep I had them early on too

I had them really early on (before 20 weeks) with DD1 & DD2.

I had them early with DD as well, never knew about the water thing then, have heard about it since and will give it a shot if it happens this time

I started to get some at 14 weeks with all 3 of my pregnancies!
I did find that drinking more water helped to ease them a bit, though not much.

I had my first BH at 19 weeks. Don't know about drinking more though.

Yep, me too, have been having them sice about 14 weeks. More obvious when I am walking around and at the end of the day.

I had them around 16 weeks, freaked me out but it was all fine.
