Can 'sexy dreams' cause bleeding?

I have had some light bleeding today. I also had bleeding through my DDs pregnancy. Never really found reasons for the bleeding, and it only lasted a day or two each time.

I know when i went to hospital to get it checked out they always asked if i had dtd recently. Just wondering if 'sexy dreams' with no action at all could cause bleeding as well?

I guess if you orgasm in your sleep, the contractions of your uterus could in theory cause a little bleeding? Not too sure but I'd say it's possible.

I think PZ is right. It would be the orgasm that would most likely cause it, so if you are having sexy dreams but not O'ing then I would say no..
