Cant help but share my awesome news!!

Hi everyone,

I cant help but share the fact that we had our 19 week scan today and found out we are having a beautiful baby girl!

This is a really significant thing for me as my mum and I have a horrible relationship due to her having "finished with being a mum" when I was about 16. Im not saying that at all for sympathy please understand that it just explains a bit why I am so stoked to be able to have a chance at a mother/ daughter relationship

I feel like crying with happiness at the fairness of it all and feel like if there is a god, he gave me this one selfish thing to heal all those years of self doubt. (there are many other good reasons for having our baby too and a son would be no less loved might I add)

Anyway, thanks for sharing in my beautiful moment with me, and I wish you all health and happiness

Congrats sweety,
we are very much in the same boat, i plan on being everything my mother wasnt and more to my daughter, she will never feel what i did towards my own mother!!!

Its all very exciting now and I can really see why ppl say the 2nd tri is the best as things are starting to be a lot more real
