    Talking Embarrasing question!

I know this might be TMI but I have an embarrasing question. Does anyone else have problems with panic piddling!! ha ha I know it sounds weird but the past couple fo weeks whenever I sneeze violently I do a very small panic piddle.

I thought this was supposed to happen AFTER the baby was born? It's not enough to be a pain but quite annoying. I'm constantly going to the loo so I don't have anything in my bladder!

Very normal!! There is an awful lot of pressure in there with bub pressing down. I find if I'm about to sneeze, I have to stop & really concentrate on flexing those pelvic floor muscles LOL.

Oh yeah - I meant to say that - after pregnancy it wasn't a problem for me either (lets hope it's the same again this time!)

I had never had this until last time I vomited(MS) - how embarrassing

I am fine again now, not a sign of it -just hoping I don't need to be sick again!!!

Yup, I've had a few near-misses but it's been enough to make me think I might need some pantyliner reinforcements of the Poise variety!

I like to call it the 'sneeze and squirt'!!
Jordie I thought it only happened after pregnancy too! I'm learning something new every week!
I am doing pelvic floors daily, hopefullly the problem fixes itself after the peanut arrives!

    Hello,

yeah I have noticed this too, off and on, except I get "dribbling" when I am not sneezing too. It seems to come and go , one day its there another it's not. I try to get into the habit of wearing a small liner to be safe. I drink buckets of water and go the toilet a 1000 times a day but I can start dribbling as soon as I have finished going.

    and yes, it is embarrasing.

Well I must agree there is nothing worse then getting out of the shower, just into nice fresh clothes....and you sneeze!!!

I can't wait to have my normal bladder back. I can remember my first wee after I had my first bubs. It was the longest and the best relief ever!!!
