Hi all,
I have been noticing lately that when i am out walking i can be walking in a straight line and then all of asudden my ankle gives way - or my hips feel like they want to dislocate.
Is this because all our joints soften up?
Thanks
Jacci

Your body is starting to get ready for birth. You are releasing a hormone called relaxin. This hormone makes all your joints loose. It is common to feel it first in your hips. A lot of women complain of a feeling like their legs no longer fit in their hips properly
Thanks Allan - glad to know i wasn't going mad!!!
