thread: Hairy Bellly?

    Hairy Bellly?

    Hmmmm, while I am hoping this is a fairly normal symptom, I cant help but wonder...... Why is my belly suddenly getting hairy

    I am snowy blonde naturally and have for the first time in my life started to have darker hair, and its sprouting not just in a male snail trail formation but also seems to be evenly distributed over my little belly.

    Is anyone else experiencing the same thing???

    Mines the same and I even had 1 very long black hair on my belly!

    Me too!! I had it when I was pregnant with DS and I thought it was the extra testosterone - so I wonder if it means another boy???

    Definitely normal. My usual few dark hairs on my belly and inner thighs are multiplying and growing like there's no tomorrow. (But at least my fingernails are also growing longer and stronger than ever before.)

    Yep, and they didn't go away after I had DS either. Start allowing extra time for hair removal.....

    Nope, as its happening for me again too

    DH and I were laughing at my Gorilla Belly the other day hehehehe, it's a very normal pregnancy symptom Inga, don't worry, it will return to normal after birth when your hormones settle, in the meantime, buy a comb hahahahaha, Kidding!!

    Yup hairy maclairy belly here too. I'm lucky though it's light colored hair (I'm a brunette) but quite long and getting quite fluffy and thicker.

    I did find a long blonde hair on my chin the other day. Was mortified and very quickly plucked it out.

    Pregnancy does many and varied weird things to your body.

    I've got it and it hasn't gone away after the 2 girls - the line starts at my belly button and works down and i get the occasional very long one when i forget all about it and then freak myself out
