hyperventilation/breathlessness?

im 25 weeks pregnant and been short of breath the last few days, but 2day its quite bad, feel like i have to breath in heaps every few minutes, found out a bit about hyperventilation and it sounds like that... anything that can help fix it? breathing into paper bags arent recommended anymore...
and also is it safe for baby?

I had shortness of breath badly when I was really low in iron. Might be worth getting checked out as I needed iron infusions to correct it.
