I'm a bit concerned about the randomness of my m/s - and a nauseating feeling I keep getting. For the last three mornings I've had no m/s (I'm 14 wks + 2 days), so I start thinking I'm over it - but this morning it came back. I always get that nauseating feeling every morning, and sometimes evening times too. Is this a normal thing to happen?
While I'm here I'll also ask, am I the only one that can only really eat a light evening meal to avoid a feeling of massive fullness before going to bed?
Hey Leesa, I too have really sporadic m/s. Some mornings are great but others I vomit. I never know what it's going to be. And it seems I feel worse at night beginning around 4pm, I put it down to getting tired.
As for evening meal, I have only been eating half the amount I usually would otherwise I feel over full and sicker.
I promise, you are not alone! I don't understand it either, but I guess it's a good sign in a way, maybe bubs is having a growth spurt on the really off days? LOL
Yep I get all the same symptoms as you girls!!! I thought that my morning sickness had gone away, I am 15 weeks and 3 days now and everyone is telling me that my morning sickness should be gone by now, but it isn't. It seems that I feel fantastic in the morning and then I have something to eat.......I FEEL HORRIBLE!!! Feel like I'm going to trow up and I just feel disgusting. It happens again at lunch time and then about 4pm I really start to flag. I feel horrible for my Fiance. I never feel like cooking him dinner cause I'm so tired and sick. I really want to know when it is all going to end?!?!?!? Aaaarrrggghhh!
Hey Leesa, I had morning sickness on and off from about 14-15 weeks. I had it constantly up until about 12-13 weeks, then to my relief, it slowed down. I never ate a big meal for dinner either. If I had a full meal, I would just feel too full and sick.
Phew - its reassuring to know I'm not the only one feeling this way.
The m/s slowing down (I attribute part of the cause to stress) but like you said Becstar - I wake up in the morning and not really know what to expect.
In any case I hope everyone's m/s stops soon and this energetic feeling everyone tells me to expect comes along ASAP!
Mine has since stopped and I am starting to feel sorta like myself again....although I'm still tired most of the day with no energy...HIGH 5 to all you ladies that are pregnant and also work. Seriously don't know how you do it!!!!
yer i had really bad morning sickness, had it from about 8 or 9 weeks till about 17 weeks... god it annoyed me i thought it was never going to stop! some days were ok but towards 17 weeks, i would feel great one day and deathy ill the next... so yer i think its normal!!!
