    Question Force feeding myself...

    Hi all,

I don't know why but lately i've literally had to force feed myself because i'm just not hungry, and i'm wondering if it's because my little girl is sitting on my stomach making me feel full?

And when i do eat something i usually feel nauseous afterwards, kind of like when you know you've eaten too much, even though i've only had an apple or something reasonably small...

    Anyone else like this?

    Thanks

Keira - I have the same problem!! I am making myself eat breakfast and dinner, but I try to snack on fruit through the day. Some days I go the whole day without eating anything in between!! I asked my Dr about it and she said it is normal as long as I keep my fluids up and keep taking my vitamins, and that I will finally become hungry.

    Oh thanks Amelia!

Phew! It's kind of worrying isn't it! I mean we have enough to worry about already and then not feeling the need to eat! I've been drinking water and powerades for hydration but i'm totally turned off food! Because i feel full all the time!

I'm grazing all day...I'm an eating machine. I did go for a few hours the other day without even a drink and felt a bit ill...hopefully when I get a bit bigger I won't lose my appetite. I definitely try to keep my fluid intake up and I take my multivitamins and fish oil without fail every day.

hehe Nikki, i've put on 4kgs up til now and i was like you - i could eat a whole large pizza to myself and still be peckish!

I think it's just that our girl has grown so much in the past week or so that i feel full before eating! It's not fair because i loooove to graze all day too!!!

I've already gained 10kg from the day that I found out I was pregnant. Last visit, my Ob did mentioned to me to keep an eye of what I eat. I basically eat lots of salads, fruits, low fat milk, and toasts, but still managed to gain that much weight. She asked me to go on a diet, but this seems to be impossible because when I try to minimize my amount of intake, I seem to start having low blood sugar symptoms. SIGH, I am hoping that these hungry days will go by quickly so that I don't have to eat all the time!
