lower ab pains

i have been getting bad cramps in my lower abdominals. when i go to the loo it dribbles out when this happens and its slightly uncomfortable. is this normal. i hope its not an infection of some sort???

Sound like a UTI. You need to see your doctor
Until you can get to see your doctor drink lots and lots o water, this will help to flush out any bugs

it only lasts about half an hour or so once a day and it doesnt burn or anything when i do go to the loo...are these symptoms of a UTI?

im 21 weeks. it happens when i eat alot and get really full. i have also been constipated so i wasnt sure if that was contributing to it. it has only happened a couple of times. i saw my ob lasst week and mentioned the constipation and she said this might be it but now im a bit worried. its more painful when i lie on my back so im not doing that anymore. im going to go see my doc anyway just to be sure.
