Exclamation Anyone been in this position? Advise pls??

K so im in my 22nd week and for the last few weeks i have been suffering from headaches, i wake up with them, they come randomly. Nothing in particular is setting them off.
Anyways, today ive noticed a sharp pain in my lower left side (abdomen area)

the pain comes and goes but i can bare it, its nothing overwhelming as yet.
i have googles, yep my worst enemy, and it came up with a few reasons, but before rushing off and doing anything irrational just wanted to see if anyone else has had this?
    Please and thanks in advance

Yes I am having problems with headaches but I know the triggers and why I get them. Mostly extreme fatigue and sleep deprivation. I also have a lot of left sided pain but thats due to ovarian cysts there and adhesions from past surgery.
Are you taking anything for the headaches? If so does it help? Are you withdrawing from anything like coke or caffeine, antidepressants? Just ask because the caffeine withdrawals gives me extreme headaches and now I am pregnant I try not to drink much.
Have you had your blood pressure checked? Your urine? Drinking plenty of water?

I get headaches at random times, did when pregnant too. Mine are either one of two things: 1. Dehydration
    Or
    2 my neck is out.

I try and drink more water and get to my Chiro asap. With the shooting pain on side of tummy I also had this. Rang ob. He suggested it was most likely round ligament pain or growing pains. He said to take some panadol, rest and see if they went away. If they didn't I had to ring him back and he'd organise for me to come in.

Thanks ladies... I truly appreciate your responses.

Its completely weird for me this is my 5th baby and i never had the headaches before, im not eating or drinking anything out of the ordinary, im not a coffee or soda drinker in general but this pregnancy im literally sculling every liquid i can get im very thirsty all the time.
The pain has eased, i thought maybe ligament pain but it has basically gone away now, i was scared as i has Spd with my daughter and had it really severely and was worried it was starting again as i was in so much pain ;(

The headaches though are more of the issue i get them all the time and sometimes upto 3 times a day, out of a week i probably suffer 3 days if im lucky with them but not a week goes by without them ;(
Def have to check with my midwife next app.

    But thank you guys

Sounds like a good thing to get checked out. Are you having trouble with constipation too? I had pains like that and headaches from being constipated.
I wonder if its worth seeing your dr??

Yeah i may just do that, honestly you never believe the saying "Every pregnancy is different" till you've been through it all lol!

No, not really any constipation at all, im not a very regular person so it pretty much is the same during pregnancy.

I think a visit to the Gp might be the best and safest option right now, just to ensure myself that its all ok.

I hear ya, however, mine was incredibly long lasting
From the day before I got to 7 weeks until about 3 days after 19 weeks, I had a headache EVERY day aside from 4. I can recall the 4 days because they were pure BLISS. I was trying hard not to take panadol but being that the headache did not ease up at any time (aside from 4 days), I was taking a few a day for a lot of it. I usually get headaches frequently when not pregnant, but have never experienced anything like this before. I decided at 19 weeks to ask my Dr if there was a reason for it and he said It's just "one of those things." I am now 22 weeks and can say I have had 2 headaches since just after 19 weeks so I like to declare i'm on the mend now.

The excessive drinking you mentioned concerns me a bit and with headaches i think it best you definitely get medical advice soon. Possibly GD developing? Or high or low BP? Low bp not overly a concern but high BP definitely.

Are you taking magnesium at all. It helps with headaches and cramps and is also required for severe p.e cases via iv. Everyone needs it but pregnant women need extra.
