I was just wondering if anyone else experienced bad sleeping in their second trimester, I am in week 13 now and for the past week I have been waking up every 2-3 hours during the night and then it takes ages to get comfortable and get back to sleep.
Any suggestions, I have read that pillows help but I don't have a big bump so I don't think they would make me feel more comfortable. I have been sleeping without a pillow under my head which helps ( I have a small curve in my neck so pillows elevate me too much sometimes).
I'd give anything to sleep through the night again. I guess this is just practice for when bubs comes.
P.S. This is my first baby.

I've been waking up at 3am and really struggling to stop my brain from racing, I end up with only a few hours sleep a night but if I steel a nap through the day It only makes it worse. I feel like a zombie at the moment. 
But maybe like the others said, try a body pillow... Good luck!
