I have the same, it's called pelvic symphisis (I think) or something like that lol I always forget!
Its from all of your ligaments softening during pregnancy.
I was told by my doctor, midwife & physio to limit my walking (not even allowed to do food shopping!), sleep with pillows between your legs & behind your back, don't stand on uneven surfaces, keep your legs together when getting in & out of car, try to put your feet up whenever you can.
It was also recomended that I buy a belly belt, you can also hire one from a physio but mine only cost $30 from babies galore. It's an elastic belt that you put around your hips/waste, then you have 2 wings that you pull out & stretch over your front which holds everything in that area tight. This should relieve your pain a bit for you, it does for me.
It's recomended you don't wear it for long periods of time as your muscles/ligaments will become weaker as they're not being made to work.
I totally understand your pain, mine started in April after a long day at the Easter Show (big mistake) & it's only gotten worse (sorry to say). Mine is the worst at night, I'm reduced to tears if I try to roll over in bed & first thing in the morning, the first few steps are near impossible.
For some people visiting a physio can help. I visited once but they were unable to help me, they may be able to help you though (should be free through your hospital).
I really hope yours improves for you, it can put a real downer on pregnancy which should be one of the best times in your life.
