What about an Osteopath? I have tried both physio and osteo and found osteo worked better for me - a bit more gentle and holistic than physio and it is mainstream in US and UK. I can recommend someone in Mitcham or Box Hill North (Middleborough Rd, just other side of Freeway) who both see lots of pregnant women.
Box Hill Physiotherapy in Station St Box Hill have a good reputation, I have been there - Helen Connor there has an interest in treating problems related to pregnancy but other than that I don't know much about her.
Try Julie Mounter at Box Hill Osteopathy Ph: 9890 3637, 577 Middleborough Rd, Box Hill North. If Julie is not available, there are other female osteopaths that may be able to help. Daniela is also good and has a special interest in babies. [Ring before 1pm because they don't staff the phones between 1pm and 2.15pm and you need to leave a message.]
Otherwise, there is Fiona Spring at Body Balance Osteopathic Clinic who is also very good. She has two little ones so she knows what it is like. Ph: 9874 1969, 444 Mitcham Rd, Mitcham, just over the railway line if you are heading towards Vermont.
