Question Please tell me this is normal

All day today ive had AF type pains. I just put it down to stretching/growing pains.

Now the pain is much more severe and is down really low, there is intense pressure and when i press on my pubic bone it hurts ALOT

I only experienced this in the third trimester which is making me worry.

As long as there is no blood, Im sure everything is fine. If you worried though, go get checked out.

I found it alot more "painful" being pregnant the 2nd time though with the pains you explain. DD2 is now almost 5 months old.

I have the same feelings, and I'm due the 16th (are you the 18th?) so it seems normal. My middie isn't concerned... and yeah everything is already stretched from your first pregnancy so this is to be expected. Hope it subsides soon

    Yep im the 18th.

thank goodness! I thought it might be normal but i just cant help but worry that something will go wrong or when i go to the bathroom the baby will fall out I will take some pain relief and use a heat pack hopefully that relieves the pain.

That kind of pain got worse and earlier with each pregnancy for me. Mention it to your GP or your midwife, but it does sound pretty normal.

LMS- I started getting Braxton Hicks/tightenings earlier in each pregnancy. I think #1 it started around 25-26 weeks, #2 it started around 18-20 weeks & #3 it started at 12-14 weeks. Will be interesting to see when they start for this pregnancy.

If you get any pain, sharp or dull, that won't go away ring & speak with a midwife they are really good at reassuring you about what could be going on.

    Thanks Chrispe.

Its funny you mention that i swear at times i am having BH/tightenings i just get really uncomfy in my belly. I got them at 20 weeks with my DD so who knows maybe i am getting them already and i do get painful ones.

Its now my calves that are giving me trouble. I am pretty much crippled today they are so cramped i can barely walk. If its not one thing it another.. *sigh*
