    Smile Question?

I felt bubs move for the first time last night (well, the first time that I feel confident in saying it was definitely bubs) . Now, I was just wondering how often you tend to feel movement after the first time? I'm pretty eager to feel some movement again!

Definitely more often from now Sterla! I think once you've felt it, you'll recognise the feeling, and therefore notice it. How fun! Especially when you're still, many find that babies sleep when the mother is moving, and once the mother is still, the baby can be a bit more active.

I think it was every few days at first. It won't take long now til its every day, then all day...then before you know it bubs will be kicking you in the bladder & getting feet in your ribs.
    Have fun!

It is exciting isn't it!!! In the early days, I used to find if I had a quiet sit down after dinner at night I would get some movements. The girls are right, when you are still and calm, bubs will be more wakeful and alert.

Hi Sterla. Congrats on finally feeling bubs move. Its on now lol. My bubby moved every second ot third day at first and now he moves everyday!! He has a sleeping pattern already worked out now so keep your eyes peeled from after about 18 weeks your bubs will have a sleeping pattern. Mine wakes up first thing in the morning has a roll around and goes back to sleep till about 2 then wakes up again at 5 pm and stays up till about 10 pm. they say this pattern stays with them when they are born. we will see.

I understand how eager you are as I just couldnt wait!!! I am very happy for you now that you can feel bubs.
