Subsequent pregnancies with SPD, irritable uterus and vulvar varicosities in past?

Just wondering if anyone has suffered from Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction, irritable uterus and or vulval varicose veins with one pregnancy but not with subsequent pregnancies?
I am now 17.5weeks and had SPD starting at 15weeks with number 3 as well as an irritable uterus at 15weeks. The VV didn't become noticeable until 25weeks.
Just seeing if anyone else has had these? I am hoping to get excited about how easy this pregnancy has been although I still have a long way to go. I expected number 4 to be harder still but so far I hardly know I am pregnant.

A friend of mine has had 5 children and her vulval varicies got worse with each pregnancy. Not sure about the rest, hope it all goes ok.

I can only relate to the spd and mine got easier in every pregnancy because I knew how to treat it and I was seeing a chiro all the time.

A good friend of mine had terrible SPD in her 3rd pg, and nearly not at all in her 4th.

Thank you for your replies. I know its still early days but I feel so comfortable compared to last time. I was hoping it wasn't too good to be true.

I think my last was the most comfortable if that helps - I kept waiting for it to kick in more lol

I have alot of issues with my Sac joints and tailbone. With last pregnancy i saw a chiro from the end which seemed to help and the physio also so i know what exercises to do this time. hoping it will help if i start them earlier.
I also had a varicose vein in my vagina with DD, it was so annoying but thankfully not painful. I was sick though with a stupid cough which i think triggered it. It also pulled muscles in my chest and ribs so bad i thought i had broken a rib! Chiro also made these feel a little better, but none of it went away until after the birth. Only 12 weeks so far so i'm hoping that I can escape a cough and avoid the VV this time!!
