Capilano Honey...

Hey guys,

I just found out that Capilano Honey is not pasturized just heated during the production process. Not sure if this i ok or not but just thought I would let you all know just to be safe

Even though most honey is not pasturized it is considered to be safe to eat during prgnancy.

the scare with honey came up about 20 years ago. It was discovered that honey could contain botulism spores. However these spores can and sometimes do survive pasturization.
Botulism spores are found all around us in the soil. Thankfully they are usually distroyed by the intestines.
