Red patch on breast

Hi, I'm currently 21 weeks and my right breast has a red patch - sort of underneath but mainly on the side. it has been this way for about a month or so. Its not sore or anything. Would this just be pigment?? Or would it be infected or anything?? I keep reading about mastitis etc, but I think you only get that after you start breast feeding, and I have no other symptoms except the redness. Any suggestions anyone??

It could just be extra blood flow to that area. I've noticed red patches at different times throughout this pregnancy but mine tend to come and go.
