Hi everyone
Last night i went to a wood fire pizza restaurant and i forgot to ask whether the soft cheese mozarella they used were pasturised....Now i am worried getting listeria...Any thoughts? Anyone please?Also, when they said soft mozarella cheese, is that the same as our normal semi-soft mozarella cheese?

I might be wrong, but I think all cheeses sold in Australia must be pasteurized anyway (much like milk)



thankfully okay. (cooked cheeses will be fine)
that healthy yellow glow they have to them gives it away a bit huh?
