    Anyone else still tired?

I'm feeling really wiped out. I'm fine and bubs just started moving so I can feel it this week, but I'm still really tired.

Work is just awful so that's not helping but I'm also finding restful sleep not happening at the moment.

I sleep, but I find I wake up alot getting hot flushes, or rolling over, or uncomfortable or blegh.

I dont drink caffeine, eat or do exercise before bed so not sure what else I can do aside from ride it out LOL

I think I'm suffering more because I'm a back sleeper, and now I'm sleeping on my side more
    The joys.

I was still super tired till I bought myself one of those body-pillows. I normally sleep sort of half side half back, and was finding laying on my side with my belly was uncomfortable. Pillow fixed a lot of that and I started sleeping better. But I do still have my days where I'm totally bushed.

Hope you get some energy back soon

Thanks Yeah i bought one too but at the moment all it makes me do is over heat LOL can't win.

I'm going to try it again tonight. I really need to sleep! I was too tired to go to my weekly aqua aerobics class tonight too.

I found something that seemed to work. I used a Body pillow last night, just a long straight one. I tucked it between my knees and had it snuggled up against my belly and chest.

I also have a horseshoe shaped pillow with a normal pillow on it for my head. I pushed this around a little so the other side supported my back. Seemed to do the trick. I only rolled over 3 times last night!

Hope this helps someone. Seems all of me needs support to sleep at the moment >.<

I am a tummy sleeper normally & I have fond my body pillow to be a total godsend!
I still wake every hour and a half to pee, but if I don't turn on any lights on my short trip to the loo, I can stay half alseep.
The only downside to the body pillow is the room it takes up in the bed and the jealousy is causes DH!
It gets more cuddles than he does!

Being tired I think is just part of the "joys" isn't it?
I wonder even if we got enough sleep whether we'd feel all energised??
Sleep when you can, if you need a nap take it!
