I remember it starting about that time with DD1. I ate Rennies like that were tictacs. I avoided all acidic foods and I would try and drink lots of milk or eat bananas. It got so bad towards the end of my pregnancy that I went on medication for it. I hope it does not get to bad for you.

    Its awful isn't it!

I agree with avoiding all acidic foods, drinking plenty of milk, eat bananas and i used to eat the double strength mylanta tablets like they were lollies. I'd have two before bed wake up in the middle of the night eat two more then wake up in the morning with reflux already!! and have more. I at one stage would only have to drink water and id get that burning feeling. I couldn't bend over as it was so uncomfortable!

I guess you could always just try adding something to the milk and see if it helps. Reflux was the only thing that I hated about been pregnant.

I used to eat quick-eze all the time. A stick a day. Not the chewable ones, the white ones.

Heartburn stinks. Try not to let your stomach get empty.
