Talking We sure have a monkey on our hands here!!

I've been feeling our baby's movements since week 12 but lately they are so strong now because i'm 20 weeks and bub is MUCH bigger!

In the evenings when I'm sitting on the computer like now, not moving much, this little monkey in my belly gets sooo active! It's so awesome feeling my baby moving around in there! Right now, it's like she/he is practising gymnastics or something and flipping all over the place!! Poking my uterus left right and centre! I love it!!

But every time I go to put my hand where the movement is to feel the baby from the outside..... it STOPS!

I'm determined to catch him/her out one of these days and say "ha! felt you from the outside!" We sure have one monkey on our hands here!!!

I know it's still early days and heaps of time to feel bubs with our hand from the outside but i want to now!!! hehe and I want to grab DH's hand so he can feel it too! Ohh just got another one and missed it! Every time DH or I put our hand there its as if she/he just knows and pulls away!

Yup, both of mine have done that too.

Wait till you get to 39 weeks - then you just want them to stop kicking you in the ribs!!!

It's awesome hey? Just wait until you can see them rolling around in there. With my kids, my belly would move so much and signifincatly change shape while they were moving. I could also feel from the outside where the legs and feet were, it's so cool.

ha ha cute about the moving!

    but more importantly...
... you referred to female before male gender on two occasions and male before female on only one occasion. are you indicating something subconsciously.??????

hhhmmmm the great mystery of BB. Is Ren having a girl or a boy?

No, i don't think so. She said him/her and she/he which makes more sense to me instead of saying her/him, if you know what i mean.

Aww that's nice Ren!! I know what you mean about them being sneaky and stop when you want to feel them ... it's freaky.

I would suggest spooning DH's back when you get into bed. That way when bubba kicks, DH will be able to "feel" it on his back ... it works for us. Also when your watching TV, just recline a bit, make your body "long" and lift your top and let your bump "breath". You'll soon notice how he/she or she/he is moving (looks like jello on a plate ) and then you can try putting your hand there. It does take some time, but you'll catch him/her or her/him

I CAN NOT believe that you are half-way through!!! WHERE has the time gone????

And SHAME on you for not telling us if it's a boy or a girl, SHAME
