What helps calm pregnancy hormones?

Hi everyone. What calms pregnancy hormones? I have been crying all day and know it's hormonal, I watched a sad movie which triggered it and now I am missing dh like crazy while he's at work and have been in tears on and off all day. Are there any supliments or something which helps with this?

well chocolate eclairs sound as good a remedy as anything I thought there might be something to help considering there are a 1000 different products on the market for PMS and menopause I guess I'll just have to deal with myself and hope next time I have a day like yesterday dh is home
