myabe tmi here... but i have developed external hemoroids that are Very painful...

What can I do... very scared that i am going to go in labour with these and wont be able to cope with pain... iam 39 weeks now.

sitting hurts, walking hurts... any one got any advice ? epson salt baths do they work? creams, how effective and how quickly will they work?
