Anxious feeling that won't go away?

    Hi Everyone...

Just wondering if anyone else had this....

I'm 31+3 weeks today and since yesterday afternoon I have been feeling anxious - I feel it in my chest, there is no pain, tightening or anything and bubs movements are still exactly the same... like a freight train

I had an OB appointment yesterday and she said my BP was a little higher than what it has been but still well within the normal range. I have never had any blood pressure problems before and in my first pregnancy I was fine all the way through.

I'm not sure if it might me indigestion that's kind of what it feels like but without the burning feeling? Or maybe because of the heat it's just getting a little harder to breathe now everything is getting squished???

I slept the night through and feel fine otherwise, not breathless or anything... I can't really say that I'm worried about anything nor can I pin point any particular reason why I would be feeling anxious?

    Suggestions or thoughts anyone??

i'm not sure whether there's a particular reason but wanted to say that i've been feeling the same! it's only occasionally for me but i get a feeling that's almost like feeling homesick/anxious - i've been getting it for a few weeks. i have no idea what it is & i tend to ignore it & it seems to go away hopefully someone else can shed some light on it for you!

around this mark, bub can start pressing more against your diaphragm which can make breathing a bit harder - which in turn could be making you feel anxious... or make you *feel* like you're feeling anxious, if that makes sense.

or frankly, having another baby could be making you feel anxious

is there someone you can talk to, or who can mind Zane for long enough for you to have a nice relaxing bath/foot massage/nap/etc?

Just had a shower and did some pottering round the house and it has almost gone...Mmmm weird?

It kind of does feel like nervousness/homesick Sloan (sorry your feeling like this too but glad I'm not the only one IYKWIM)

or frankly, having another baby could be making you feel anxious
you might just be right? this bub will be a VBAC attempt for me so maybe it is making me feel more anxious than I thought?

Zane is in Kindy tomorrow so I'll plan to do nothing and see if that makes a difference?

    Thanks Girls...
