Should i be ringing the birth suite and telling them? *TMI*

Lately i have noticed that im having more discharge and peeing a lot more.. (could very well be normal)

Just now i went to the toilet and i just finished peeing and i felt something drop.. i wiped and there was a big chunk of green mucus about the size of a 20 cent peice..

I don't know if this is at all related but i have been alot more uncomfortable lately, iv been having terrible BH especially at night time. My back just wont stop aching..

I know that pre labour symptoms and everything can last for weeks so im not freaking out but is it something i should be calling up about or should i wait and see if theres more mucus?

    TIA

I'd call the birth suite, just to have a chat to them and see what they think. I am sure it is all fine, but they might wanna check you over JIC. Put a pad on and monitor the discharge in the mean time.

    All the best hun

I would definitely be getting checked out hun. If you are going to go into premature labour it's best to know ASAP, they might want to give you steroids or at least monitor you.

Good luck, I hope it's nothing out of the ordinary

I was 34 weeks when i lost a whole lot of light green creamy stuff too. Dont stress, its nothing to worry about. I just told mt ob at my next appointment and she said that its all normal and the body is producing lots more mucus and stuff. It could also be a bit of plug (my real plug looked like clag glue though - clearish jelly, not light green like i had). If it gets itchy or smelly i would ring someone as it could be an infection. I had a heap of it too hun, scary but normal xx

Yes definatley give them a ring especially if it's green. It should usually be a pink colour so it could mean infection. Sorry im no doctor/midwife and don't want to scare you but its deifnaltey worth giving them a ring.

Yeah, no harm in a phone call. Have a chat and they will either tell you not to worry or come in to get checked out. But they are there to take phone calls about these things, so don't worry about ringing!
