babys weight conversion?????

dr told me today that my baby was about 1.3 kilos.i am 33 weeks prg.i was just wondering how you would convert that to pounds and ounces?
can anyone post a weight chart up for me so i can have a look...

1 kg = 2.2pound

so to convert

kg to pounds
multiply by 2.2

Pounds to Kgs
Divide by 2.2

so your 1.3 kg bub is just under 3 pounds

I have the proper hospital conversion chart on my computer in excel format. I can email it to you if you like. The conversion is a bit more than the 2.2
