it seems to work for some coz it worked for my aunt n she checked it after she had had her boys but when i checked before i knew bub's gender, it told me i was having a boy n maybe coz of that i was like preparing myself mentally for a boy but after the u/s - i was told we were having a girl!!! so i think it's just a really, really freaky coincidence!

I just did this then and it was wrong. Said I was having a girl but us says we are expecting a boy. Its a bit fun though, as are all the old wives tales so long as you dont take it to seriously.

Ok girls it was correct for me as it predicted girl and I gave birth to fraternal twin girls but how would this work for twin births where it is a girl/boy????????????

would this chart only apply to a singleton birth?

Well i thought i'd better update my own thread!

The chart rang true both times for me! It said i was pregnant both times with girls and sure enough a girl came out each time!!!

I promised Brent that we would chart our conception to the chart next time in the hopes of having a boy!!

Interesting. Was right for my brothers and DH.
Remember to look up mums age at time of conception, and month of conception not birth.
I did it wrong first and thought it was crap. Then I realised and they were all right! lol, I'm so easily convinced. Hope I get pregnant this month and have a little girl!! yay.

it said i was having a boy but she was a girl!!
so nope for me... the only test that worked was the wedding ring test!

It was right for most people I know, but not for a girlfriend and predicted that bub was a boy when we are actually having a girl (surprisingly correct using the wedding ring test)
