Im a little nervous at the moment. I am 35 weeks pregnant with baby no: 3. Had a CS with the last baby due to her size she was 9lb and 15oz and the fact that I had 3rd degree tears with baby no 1 and it tore through my bowel. The doctors said if I tore the same way again I would have to have a bowel reconstruction.

So here is my dilemma. Have moved to a new country town where the doctors are a bit blazae (SP?) and have booked me in to have baby no: 3 at 39w and 2 days by CS. I live over an hour away from the hospital so am worried if i go into labour before this time may not even make it to the hospital.

Im worried about tearing that badly again so am just wanting to know if people have had really bad tears and then gone on to have another natural birth and not tear so bad again?

Also anyone got any tips on how i can try and keep baby in until CS Date?
