If you have a carrier oil you can massage the clary sage on your belly or back. I also used it in the bath :)

Yeah, i have used almond oil or olive oil.
I'm not sure whether you could use bio oil but I use apricot kernel oil. You may be able to use olive pool? The idea is that essential oils are a bit too concentrated to put directly on your skin for massage so you mix it with another oil.

Carrier oil is best a cold pressed vegetable oil like almond, avocado etc.
I was in labour when you posted this Belly Belly :) my waters broke naturally and after 4 hours my little man came into the world.. will post a birth story when I have a little more time :) my little man demands a lot of my time... he is a windy baby...:

Wearing your bub could be a really big help for you. When I started doing that with my son, he slept a whole lot more being upright and close to me.
Defiantly! wearing has to be the best solution and the yummiest. Most babes grow out of being windy and in the mean time it means you can do stuff and snuggle
