    Question early labour question?

    Hi ladies,
i guess i just need some advice more than anything.
One of my biggest fears with labour is that its going to come early (that and having to have a c-s) but i am terrified of going into labour early, i have a feeling i wont make it full term, and im really paranoid about bringing it on.
i spent ALL of today walking around (markets, shopping and cleaning) and by the end of the day my belly felt heavy and i overall just feel exhausted. Should i be more careful? and maybe NOT over do it so much.
I know if i have her now she'll be ok, but i want her to stay in there for a little longer. Im not even nearly organised yet LOL. hehe
    TIA ladies xxx

Theres no harm in taking it easy but that said your normal daily routine (without heavy lifting etc) should not cause any major risk of bringing bubs on early.
Unless you plan on doing star jumps, bouncing on trampolines or doing laps of a speed hump lined street.

Do what you feel comfortable doing, try not to over exert yourself, am not sure how you have the energy to do all that as it is, i'm only 23wks and i would be buggered... lol

Prob haven't helped much, i moved 2 days b4 DD was born and she was a week and a half early, i promise i only kicked the boxes, not lifted them... lol but who's to say she wasn't ready already?

Take it easy and try not to worry, when she is ready she will let you know!
    GL with it all.

As Ava's mum said, theres no harm in taking it easy, but what you're feeling is quite normal at your stage of preg. Your body is carrying around more weight and your tummy is stretched so you will feel heavy in the belly area and completely exhausted, even on a day you don't even do a lot.

I worked 10 hr days in a very demanding jb right up until I was 38 weeks and besides making me very tired, it was no harm to me or bubs.

As long as you BP is in good range and you are not experiencing anything like painful tummy cramps, etc I wouldn't worry. Keep up all appointments and never hesitate to call the hossy or your OB if something is really concerning you.

Bub will come when ever she is ready so try not to think about it too much! Take care and enjoy this final stage of your pg!!
