epo, how do I insert?

Ok so many threads on EPO but I bought my first ones today and want to take them internally but have no idea how to! I am worried I might not do it right and be wasting them so need some advice. Any tips for me?

Hi Renee
You need to get them close to your cervix so push them in as far as you can. Put them in at bedtime and put a pad on. It can be a bit messy in the mirning
