PLEASE PLEASE any remedies?
My bestfriend is due next Fri (though she expects to go any day now cause her first one was early) and she has a shocking cold - has done for about 3 weeks now. There isn't alot she can take so does anyone have good home remedies that may help? She's VERY stuffed up and feels like crap -poor thing!! Any help would be great!

Has she tried a bowl of boiling water with Vicks melted in it- pop it on the table and with a towel over her head and eyes closed get her to try and breath normally. And drink lots of water..

I second drink lots of water, and sip cups of boiling hot water with lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar...
