    Feeling Blegh :(

30 weeks on monday and starting to have trouble eating comfortably and sleeping half the night tossing and turning. I seem to be carring baby all out the front so I stick out quite a bit now.

The eating bit is starting to get me down Feeling blegh most of the time trying to stick to snacks rather than meals.

Any suggestions on anything that might help? I still have 10 weeks to go LOL

No real advice hun, plenty of sympathy though - I think you're due the day before me, so know how you're feeling

I've made very good friends with Rennie and tend to break meals up into smaller but more frequent portions, which does help a bit with the icky heartburn and over-full feeling, but even now if I push it too far I get the chucks.

Haven't found anything that's alleviating the restlessness at night due to discomfort.

Much sympathy to you too. It's awful Last night was the worst yet I think, I didn't eat much all day and still felt like I was going to chuck.. blegh.

I have found fruit and yoghurt dsent make me feel as sick as hot foods so I'll eat more of those I think.

No, no remedies here for the uncomfortable sleepless ness at night either. I have a full length pillow that helps a little but that's all. My whole belly has started aching at night too, so uncomfortable!

You will have good days and bad days. Its hard working growing a human!! Try and rest as much as you can. Eating healthy will do wonders aswell to improving the way you feel. So when you do eat, try and make the best choices
