Anyone got any tips for swollen legs and feet, there getting do bad it hurts now.

I assume its caused by baby moving down but is there anything else I can do other than put my feet up.... Which brings me to my other question....

Anyone else get the urge to walk alot at the end? I keep wanting to walk but as said before my feet and legs are swollen and sore
