Yep, I've had about the same. I took feragrad C ( not sure on spelling) you can get it from the pharmacy.
It works wonders

Me too, it's low stored iron.
Ferrograd C was good but made me a bit blocked up so drink lots of water

If you don't want to be blocked up you can try spatone. Although having said that nothing did much for me so I am now on Iron injections - makes a huge difference

You had about the same while you were pregnant? And how did everything turn out for you? I'm worried LO hasn't been getting what he or she needs Also, what was your diet like while pregnant if you don't mind me asking? (I've been vegan my whole pregnancy up until now.) And do you remember what your hemoglobin was? Mine was at 9.1 a few weeks ago....
