    Numb legs at night?

Hi all I have yet another question.
Does anyone else suffer from their legs going numb?
I get it on the lower half of both legs & always at night.
Does anyone know what is causing this & what might help?
Just wiggling my toes doesn't seem to help I usually get up & go for a trip to the toilet.
    Thanks guys.

Jo are you sleeping with a pillow between/under your legs at all... the reason I ask is because if my between-legs pillow slips out in the night (I'm a side sleeper) I get horrible tingly nervous sensations all down my leg (esp lower leg). I think it's got something to do with extra pressure on the nerves that run through your hips/lower back into your legs.
