Bright Red Cheeks

I have just looked in the mirror and have bright red cheeks. I am talking APPLES!!!!! It looks really weird. Does anyone else get this??

I'm 28 weeks too and I've been noticing that I get red cheeks one or two times a week over the last few weeks. Don't know why though...
